Dr. Caitlyn Heatherly was born and raised in Williamston, South Carolina and still resides there today. She began her veterinary journey at an early age by shadowing the team at Palmetto Animal Hospital while in high school. She immediately fell in love with veterinary medicine and started her medical journey at Clemson University. Upon completion of her BS in Animal Science, she attended University of Georgia and graduated in May 2020. Outside of work, Dr. Heatherly enjoys hiking, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her 3 dogs, 2 cats, and sugar glider.
