Dr. Elizabeth Ross is originally from South Florida but received her Bachelor of Arts from Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and her clinical year was completed at Auburn University in Alabama. Following a small animal rotating internship at Pieper Memorial in Connecticut, Dr. Ross completed a three-year Emergency and Critical Care Residency at Pittsburgh Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center. Her clinical interests include coagulopathies, management of sepsis, diabetic ketoacidosis, and hyperosmolar syndrome. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three cats (Larry, Layla, Poe) and her boyfriend. She also enjoys photography, hiking, and running.
