Dr. Lydia Peña earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. She then completed a one-year rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Texas A&M University and a one-year specialty internship and three-year residency and MS program in small animal internal medicine at Auburn University. Dr. Peña has special interest in gastrointestinal disease and endoscopy.
When not at work, Dr. Peña enjoys reading, video games, and spending time with her husband and pets.
