Dr. Tifaney Jones is originally from Spartanburg, SC. She attended Montreat College where she attained a dual degree in Biology and Environmental Science and a Minor in Chemistry. She then received her veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical year at Louisiana State University in 2019. After veterinary school, she worked in both Louisiana and Texas before moving back home to South Carolina. She has previously worked with companion animal exotics as well as dogs and cats and discovered her next adventure in emergency medicine. She lives with her three rescues, two of which are her dogs Twizzler and Hopper, and her cat Okeyley. Outside of work she enjoys traveling to new places, scuba diving, and hiking. A fun fact about Dr. Jones is that she has traveled to more than 35 states within the U.S. and to over 5 countries. She even lived out of the country during her time in veterinary school.
