While phone calls are our primary means of communication, we are thrilled to offer an online referral portal that also provides access to your patients’ records. Depending on the communication preference for your practice, you will also automatically receive email or fax updates on patients that have checked into Upstate Vet, and when key medical record information becomes available on the portal.
Medical information available via the portal includes:
- Client and Patient Information
- Medical Notes (exam reports, discharges, procedure reports, imaging reports)
- Laboratory Results

Spring 2019 CE for Veterinary Technicians
On Sunday, February 24th, 2019 Upstate Vet, Zoetis, and Tri-County Technical College would like to invite you to spend a day with board-certified veterinary anesthesiologist Dr. Dianna Ovbey, DVM, MS, DACVAA. She has been recognized for her exclusive focus on the safe administration of anesthesia and appropriate pain management and has created comprehensive anesthesia programs for techs and DVMs.
Further your knowledge and enhance patient care as Dr. Ovbey discusses topics ranging from practical applications of anesthesia, premeditations to induction agents.
Continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provided.
