We are pleased that you wish to partner with us. Be assured that your referred patients will receive only the best care.

Welcome! Here you will find information about the referral process, access to our service estimates, our portal for patient records, and the latest Upstate Vet news and upcoming CE opportunities. Thank you for your continued support of upstate Vet. We are proud to be an extension of the quality care you provide your clients and their pets.

While phone calls are our primary means of communication, we are thrilled to offer an online referral portal that also provides access to your patients’ records. Depending on the communication preference for your practice, you will also automatically receive email or fax updates on patients that have checked into Upstate Vet, and when key medical record information becomes available on the portal.

Medical information available via the portal includes:

  • Client and Patient Information
  • Check-in
  • Medical Notes (exam reports, discharges, procedure reports, imaging reports)
  • Prescriptions
  • Laboratory Results
  • Appointments

Similar to human medicine, Upstate Vet uses high-quality, state-of-the-art medical equipment designed specifically for use with animals. Like you, we want only the best care for your pet, so we stay abreast of new technology as it becomes available in the veterinary industry.
