Upstate Vet is proud to offer veterinary oncology services in Upstate South Carolina, Western North Carolina, and the surrounding areas. Our oncology department is staffed by board-certified veterinary oncologists Dr. Sarah Collette and Dr. Ivan Martinez, who is also board-certified in veterinary internal medicine. Our oncology team uses advanced diagnostics and state-of-the-art equipment and prides itself on using a team approach to provide excellent patient care.
This allows collaboration within the department and with other specialty departments and services in order to create a comprehensive plan for diagnosis and treatment of your pet’s cancer.
We are committed to making our clients a part of the cancer treatment process and providing the best range of effective treatments, chemotherapies, and therapeutic options. We want to make this experience a personal one for you and your pet with the same care and compassion you would expect if you or other family members were diagnosed with cancer.
Upstate Vet offers the most up-to-date and advanced veterinary oncology care. We are able to perform a wide range of procedures including diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, ultrasound, endoscopy), biopsy, chemotherapy, surgical services, and radiation therapy. We’re proud to be the first veterinary hospital in the state of South Carolina to have an in-house linear accelerator for radiation therapy.
Cancer diagnosis in your pet can be an emotional and stressful time for both you and your pet. We promise to provide you with a personal and caring experience, and we will be your partner, as well as your vet’s partner, throughout the entire cancer treatment process.
